• Please come to the hotel lobby on time.
• You can choose between morning and afternoon times.
• In the case of galleries, individual purchases are not possible.
• Those aged 12 and over are classified as adults, and those aged 5 to 11 are classified as children.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.

If canceled 7-8 days before the date of use, full refund

If canceled 3-6 days before the date of use, 50% of the payment amount will be deducted and refunded
