You can eat for 1 hour and 30 minutes .
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your desired meal time to check in.
After the security check at the tower reception, it takes about 10 minutes (or more) to get to the tower restaurant.

• Children under 3 years old can enter for free. To secure a seat, please write the names and number of children who will enter for free in the notes column when making a reservation, and bring their passports to prove their age.
• This product does not include admission to Sydney Tower Observation Deck.
• Seating will be based on the option you reserved, so if you are dining with your group, please select the same option.
• If there are 10 or more people accompanying you, you cannot eat at one table.
• Seat reservations are not possible except for window seating.
• The 'Guaranteed Window Seat' option is available for bookings made for a minimum of 2 people during peak season (December - January and Australian national holidays). Please note that bookings made for 1 person may not be successful.
• The menu may change depending on the season.
• Please arrive on time for your reservation. If you are late, your meal time will be calculated from the original reservation time.
• Please bring a valid ID (passport).
• Please avoid wearing overly comfortable clothing.
• The ingredients provided by the restaurant may include milk, eggs, wheat flour, soybeans, almonds, and seafood. If you have any special dietary requests, please indicate them in the 'Notes' section when making your reservation. Also, please inform the staff on the day. The restaurant will do its best to accommodate your requests.
• Additional fees will apply if you bring in outside alcoholic beverages.
• Please cooperate with the security guard so that he can check your bag before boarding the elevator.

Free cancellation up to 4 days before the date of use, no cancellations after that

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
