• Same-day reservations are possible. However, if you make a same-day reservation, it may be difficult to use the space at your desired time.
• Children under 36 months can ride for free, so please make sure to bring proof of age. (If you are riding with an infant, please be sure to call in advance.)
• Supporting documents can be copies or photographs.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Flight schedules may change due to local conditions and weather.
• Sunset (Winter: 5:00 PM / Summer: 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM) and night tour times may vary depending on the season.
• For other detailed operation information, please check with Yacht Tale when making a reservation.
• The availability of free services (such as free bicycle rentals) may vary depending on the weather.
• When using the yacht tour, you will receive 2 hours of free parking at the Daebay 101 parking lot.
• The best time to watch the sunset is on the 5:00 PM departure in winter (November - February) and on the 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM departure in summer (March - October).
• However, depending on the weather or on-site conditions, it may be difficult to see the sunset on that route. Please be sure to check before purchasing.
• The course may change depending on weather conditions, and in case of bad weather, the departure location may be changed to Suyeong Bay Yacht Stadium. If the departure location is changed, you will be notified at least one day in advance.

Guide to using the free trial program

• Polaroid photo service is available on day tours only.
• Fireworks are only available on the night tour.
• Flight experience is available upon request to the flight operator.
• Day/night tours vary depending on the time of use, so please check when making a reservation.
• All experiential programs may not be available depending on the weather.

Cancellation 5 days before departure: 100% refundable
Cancellation 3-4 days before departure: 50% refundable
Cancellation 1-2 days before departure: 30% refundable
Cancellation on the day of departure: No refund
※ No refund for non-compliance with departure time (no show/late arrival).
※ 100% refund and date change possible in case of cancellation due to bad weather (however, cancellation or change is not possible in case of simple rain.)
※ In case of bad weather on the day of use, the departure location may be changed to Suyeongman Yacht Stadium for the safety of guests. We will notify you of any changes to the boarding location one day before or on the day of use.
