• To use the service, you must present the QR code sent by Club ZOH.
• The minimum age for entry is 18 years. Please carry a valid ID with your photo and date of birth at all times.
• The minimum age to order and consume alcoholic beverages is 21 years of age. Violators of this rule will be subject to expulsion from the ZOH and legal action.
• If you are traveling by rental car, you can use the designated parking lot across from Club ZOH. If you do not have a parking ticket when using the parking lot, you will be charged a parking fee, so please make sure to bring the parking confirmation issued upon entering the club.
• If you lose your ticket, you may be charged for parking.
• Entry may be restricted from 1:00 a.m. Please enter before then.
• If you are wearing the wristband provided upon entry, you can re-enter on the same day. Please check on-site as re-entry may not be possible on days when there are special events.
• ZOH always has safety personnel and managers on duty to ensure the safety and convenience of our customers. If you have any inconveniences or inquiries during your stay, please contact a ZOH staff member at any time.
• This product does not allow you to use the VIP area. VIP tables can be purchased separately on site, and prices vary by room, so please inquire on site.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• The tour itinerary may change depending on local circumstances.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.
