The observation deck of Fukuoka Tower, a landmark of Fukuoka, offers a 360-degree panoramic view of the cityscape, sea, and sky of Fukuoka. The tower is 234 meters high, and the observation deck is located at 132 meters. You can see Hakata Station, Tenjin Kyushu, and Fukuoka Seaside Park right in front.
During the day, you can see the sparkling Hakata Bay, in the afternoon you can see the beautiful sunset, and at night, you can enjoy the romantic night view of Fukuoka!

How to get to Fukuoka Tower
There are two main ways to get to Fukuoka Tower from Hakata Station.
1. Go by bus:
From Hakata Station, you can take city bus number 44 to Fukuoka Tower. Get off at Fukuoka Tower Minamiguchi stop and walk for 3 minutes.
2. Going by subway:
After getting off at Nishijin Station on the city subway, take Exit 1 and it is a 15-minute walk away.
Personally, I recommend taking the bus. It's easy to get around if you have the Fukuoka Green Pass .

The view of Momochi Beach from the Fukuoka Tower Observatory is really nice, but it is most beautiful when the sun is setting. So the best time to enter is 17:00. At that time, you can enjoy the view of Momochi Beach with the sunset and the night view of the city.
