Kota Kinabalu: Sapi Island Hopping Tour

Pickup location:
Pick-up is available from Kota Kinabalu city hotels/shopping mall main gates/residences/guesthouses, etc. For some accommodations, pick-up/drop-off may be available from a nearby hotel.
Pick-up time may be delayed or brought forward depending on hotel location and local traffic conditions.

Pickup time:
Hotel pick-up is between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM.

Areas where pickup is not available:
Nexus / Gaya Resort / Rasa Ria / Klagan Regency (One Borneo) / Grand Borneo / Courtyard / Tune / Likas Condotel / Borneo Beach Villa / Ibis / Avangio / Eminent / NO5 / Narada / Beringgis / Panborneo and some accommodations in Kota Kinabalu city or general homes and restaurants, etc.

• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• This is a join tour that can be reserved for a minimum of 2 people and departs with a minimum of 2 participants.
• The schedule, product composition, and details may be subject to change or cancellation depending on weather and local conditions.
• If the tour is canceled due to weather or local conditions, we may notify you of the cancellation the day before or 1 hour before the tour. Please be sure to check KakaoTalk.
• Depending on local conditions such as rain, strong winds, or maritime police control on the day, you may be required to wait at the dock or on the island.
• The tour will proceed even in case of rain, and you must purchase your own raincoat (5 ringgit).
• Please make a reservation for infants under 24 months. Infants under 24 months are free of charge, but massages are not available.
• Pregnant women cannot participate in the tour because it involves riding a speedboat, and we recommend that infants not accompany the tour if possible.
• Vehicle pick-up/drop-off times vary by hotel and may change depending on local circumstances.
• Additional costs may apply if the pick-up/sanding location is changed after the reservation is confirmed, and changes may not be possible depending on local circumstances.
• Bulky items such as golf clubs cannot be brought onto the vehicle. If you have bulky items, please store them at the hotel.
• Please understand that it may be difficult for pregnant women, those with disc problems, those with spinal or back pain, or those who cannot tolerate physical strain to make a massage reservation, and that massage reservations may be cancelled on site.
• If you would like a babysitter at a massage shop, please make a request via KakaoTalk after receiving the KakaoTalk message one day before the date of use. You can pay the sitter fee locally.
• Foot massage (60 minutes) can be changed to full body massage (60 minutes), and an additional fee of 20 Ringgit per person will be charged on site. However, if you wish to change to a full body massage option, please note that you must make a request in advance after making a reservation.
• When purchasing the Sapi Island + Bongawan Premium Firefly Combo option, the Sapi Island tour will proceed immediately after the Bongawan Premium Firefly tour on the same day, and you must leave Sapi Island approximately 30 minutes earlier than the original schedule. (If you wish to use a different date, please contact the emergency contact number listed on the voucher.)
• A simple English tour guide will be sent to you via KakaoTalk the day before your tour date. Please make sure to reply after checking the KakaoTalk guide message.
• [Pickup time information and reservation confirmation KakaoTalk] If you do not respond after confirmation or do not receive the KakaoTalk message the day before, the meeting may be delayed. Please respond, and if you do not receive the KakaoTalk message by 5 PM the day before, please contact us.
• Tour changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• We are not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from incorrectly entered information (name/contact information/date of use/pick-up/drop-off location/KakaoTalk ID, etc.) when making a reservation, or from theft or loss.
• As there is a risk of loss, please keep your valuables with you or store them safely. We are not responsible for any loss or damage.
• This tour is an overseas tour product conducted overseas, so all responsibility lies with the local tour operator, and local insurance based on local standards is applied.
• Personal travel insurance is essential when traveling abroad. Be sure to sign up for personal travel insurance separately before departing from Korea.

•Reservation for this product will be confirmed within 3 days after purchase based on business hours (Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
•In case of cancellation after confirmation of reservation, the following refund policy applies.
•Before purchasing, please be sure to read the terms and conditions and purchase carefully.

•If this product is changed/cancelled after the reservation is confirmed, a fee according to the special terms and conditions will be applied pursuant to Article 5 (Special Terms and Conditions) of the Travel Terms and Conditions.

-Cancellation 21 days prior to the date of use: full refund
-If canceled 20 to 8 days before the date of use: refund after 20% deduction
-If canceled 7-2 days before the date of use: refund after 60% deduction
-If canceled 1 day before or on the day of use: No refund


Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
•Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
•Based on business hours, if you request cancellation of your reservation 2 days prior to the date of use and do not use it without confirming the cancellation, or if you are unable to participate in the tour due to failure to meet the pick-up time, you will be treated as a no-show (reservation canceled) and no refund will be possible.
