• Present the reservation voucher and the reservation holder's passport at the AJ Hackett Sky Park ticket office in Macau Tower 45 minutes before the reservation time and exchange for a physical voucher.
• Enter the 61st floor of Macau Tower by presenting your voucher and passport.
• It is only valid on the specified date and time.

• There is no age limit, but children can participate only if they fit into the belt provided for safety.
• This product can be reserved for at least 2 people.

• Participants must inform Tower Climbing staff if they have high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, pregnancy, epilepsy, dislocation, neurological disease, dizziness or any other medical condition.
• It takes about 1.5-2.5 hours depending on the climber's physical strength, so only those who have enough time should attempt this hike.
• The maximum weight required for climbing is 135 kg per person.
• Please arrive 30 minutes before the activity time and prepare with plenty of time to spare.
• You must check in at the T1 counter. If you are late, you will be treated as a no-show, so please adhere to the time indicated on your voucher.
• Please understand that actual activity times may be adjusted due to on-site weather, safety situation checks, etc.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
