What to Remember
- Children under 3 years old are free, but separate seats cannot be provided.
- Please make a reservation at least 2 days in advance of the tour date. (5 business days a week)
- Tour schedule may change depending on traffic and weather conditions.
- If you are bringing a baby car or wheelchair, please let us know in advance.
- Rail bikes are 4-seat bikes, so groups of less than 4 may share one bike with other travellers.
- If you wish to ride a two-seater bike, an additional fee of 5,000 won per person will be charged, which can be paid in cash on site.
- If you would like to ride a two-seater bike, please indicate any additional requests in the option box when purchasing.
- Those over the age of 13 are categorized as adults, children between the ages of 3 and 12, and infants under the age of 2.
- Even after payment is completed, it may be canceled due to reasons such as number of guests or reservation status. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
Cancellation and Refund
2 days before the travel date (after 10:00 AM Korean time): No refund
No refund for arrivals after the bus departure time
• Cancellation/refund requests are only accepted during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations accepted outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
