What to Remember
- There is no minimum number of participants, and departure is possible even if only 1 person makes a reservation.
- Children under 3 years old are free of charge, but no separate seat will be provided.
- Reservations must be made at least 2 days prior to the tour date. (Based on 5 business days a week)
- Tour itinerary may change due to traffic and weather conditions.
- If you are bringing a stroller or wheelchair, please let us know in advance.
- Those aged 13 or older are classified as adults, those aged 3 to 12 are classified as children, and those aged 2 or younger are classified as infants.
- Even after payment is completed, it may be cancelled due to reasons such as the number of participants or reservation status. The reservation is not confirmed until you receive a reservation confirmation voucher.
- The rail bike is a four-person bike, so groups of less than four people may share the bike with other travelers.
- If you wish to ride a tandem bike, an additional fee of 5,000 won per person will be charged, which can be paid in cash on site.
- If you would like to ride a tandem bike, please indicate this in the additional request section of the options selection when purchasing.
Cancellation and Refund
2 days before the travel date (after 10:00 AM Korean time): No refund
No refund for arrivals after the bus departure time
• Cancellation/refund requests are only accepted during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations accepted outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
