Meeting time:
Check the meeting time by looking at the flight number. (Be sure to enter the correct flight number)
Please refer to your voucher for the exact meeting time.

• This is a group pick-up/sending service that can be reserved for a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 5 people.
• The price is based on a one-way trip. Please select the desired option from Airport -> Hotel / Hotel -> Airport and purchase.
• The driver is a local Balinese driver who can speak simple English.
• The price varies depending on the region you wish to pick up and drop off.
• There are many hotels with the same name, so please enter the exact hotel address.
• Please enter the correct flight number.
• When using the pick-up service, your guide will be waiting for you, so please come out of the arrival hall as soon as you enter the country.
• Additional charges apply for flights arriving between 24:00 AM and 06:00 AM. When using during this time, please select the additional late-night surcharge option.
• If you have large luggage, such as a golf bag, other than the basic carrier, please indicate it in the note when making a reservation.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• It is mandatory to purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Tour schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.

▶ How to make a reservation

• Please make sure to purchase on the date you plan to use the pick-up or drop-off service. (If you are using both services, please make a reservation based on the pick-up service use date.)
• When using both pick-up and drop-off services, please purchase the pick-up and drop-off options separately.
• The date you select when making a reservation is the date of arrival at Bali Airport. (This is not the date of departure from Korea)
• Based on arrival date and time at Bali Airport. Please enter accurate information to ensure smooth service delivery. (e.g., arrival at 23:55 on January 1st, reservation on January 1st)
• Please enter reservation information appropriate for the option you selected. Information that does not apply can be entered as 0. Although you have selected the pick-up option, please note that entering the sending information does not guarantee a round trip.

If canceled up to 2 days before departure, a full refund is possible.
Cancellations made one day before or on the day are non-refundable.
