* After exchanging your ticket, please wait on the same floor until departure time. A staff member will guide you to the boarding area 5 minutes before departure time.

* Please arrive 15 minutes before the meeting time to exchange for your ticket.

• If you participate in a wheelchair, please be accompanied by a guardian.
• Child fares are for elementary school students and older, but younger than middle school students.
• The minimum number of participants for the tour is 1.
• Children of elementary school age and younger may ride for free if they do not occupy a seat.
• Please present your voucher at the ticket window 15 minutes before departure and receive your actual ticket.
• Please exchange your ticket at the regular sightseeing bus window at the bus terminal in front of Sapporo Station at least 15 minutes before departure time.
• After receiving your ticket, please wait and a staff member will guide you to the boarding platform.
• Please be sure to take any trash you generate during the tour with you.
• Please wear comfortable clothing for movement.
• The length of stay may vary depending on road conditions.
• The penguin walk times are not yet set, and please understand that you may not be able to view the event if your visit to Asahiyama Zoo does not coincide with the penguin walk times.
• Penguin walks may be cancelled or changed depending on weather and snow conditions.
