BESTI got out of the airport first and waited, and the driver picked up all my luggage and parked it right next to the entrance to the parking lot, so I didn't even walk much. Meet the driver at the terminal arrival hall of the designated airport or the designated meeting point.
Meeting time:
- Airport meeting: Meet with the driver according to the airport arrival time indicated at the time of reservation (the driver will be waiting for approximately 1 hour based on the arrival time. Additional waiting time will be charged additionally.)

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
