Meeting time:
- Airport Meeting: Meet the driver at the airport arrival time you indicated when making your reservation (The driver will wait for approximately 1 hour based on the arrival time. Additional waiting time after that will incur an additional fee.)
- Airport drop-off: Meet the driver at the location you indicated when making your reservation according to the meeting time (additional charges may apply if the driver waits for more than 10 minutes, and if 10 minutes pass without contact, the driver will leave and the service fee will not be refunded.)
What to Remember
- If your arrival or pick-up time is between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM, you must purchase a night surcharge option separately to confirm your reservation.
- There is no distinction between adults and children, and each person gets one seat.
- Please make reservations at least 48 hours in advance.
- For airport pick-ups, 1 hour of waiting time is included. Additional waiting time is 40 € per hour.
- In case of flight delay or delay, please contact us 3 hours in advance (KakaoTalk ID: ynoshelp). If the waiting time exceeds 1 hour due to flight delay, a fee for the additional waiting time will be charged.
- If you let us know when making your reservation, we can prepare a child seat.

- VIP drivers are local and can communicate in English.
- If you are traveling with 4 or more people or have 3 or more checked-in carriers, you must make a minivan reservation.
- (Airport pickup) If the driver waits for more than 1 hour, an additional fee will be charged. If 1 hour passes without contact, the driver will withdraw and the service fee will not be refunded.
- (Airport drop-off) If the driver waits for more than 10 minutes, an additional fee will be charged. If 10 minutes pass without contact, the driver will withdraw and the service fee will not be refunded.
- Pick-up/sanding is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Vehicle brands may vary and may be offered in the same or similar specifications.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- A night surcharge applies between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM. Customers who wish to use the service during this time must purchase the additional item (Night surcharge (22:00 PM - 08:00 AM)).
Cancellation and Refund
- If you notify us by the day of your trip (4~the day): No cancellation/refund
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
