• This service is only available to guests staying in Waikiki, Ala Moana, and Kahala. Pick-up is not available in other areas.
• Additional $20 per person for pickups in Kahala/Ala Moana area.

Meeting time:
Around 7:45 AM. The time may vary slightly depending on the hotel. The time will be coordinated after the reservation is confirmed.

• After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a voucher by email.
• Please print out or capture the voucher and bring it with you when checking in. (You must bring a printed copy of the voucher, not your travel confirmation.)
• You will not be able to participate in the tour if you do not bring the voucher or the passport of the person making the reservation.
• Children under 5 years old can participate for free (one child per adult), but lunch and vehicle seating are not provided. You must also list the names of children participating for free when making a reservation. (Until December 31, 2024)
• Infants under 3 years old can participate for free, with one child per adult, but no supplies are provided and they must sit on the lap. When making a reservation, you must also list the names of infants participating for free. (Until January 1, 2025)
• Join Hawaii only provides Hanauma Bay admission ticket purchase and transportation, and is not responsible for your free time within Hanauma Bay.
• Within Hanauma Bay, you must follow Hanauma Bay's own rules, and we are not responsible for any safety accidents resulting from violations or negligence.
• Vouchers can be reissued up to 7 days before the tour date, so please check your email in advance.
• Check-in time is usually between 06:30am and 08:30am.
• It takes about 6 hours in total, including travel time and meal time. (It may vary depending on the circumstances of the day.)
• Pick-up is only available for guests staying in Waikiki, Ala Moana, and Kahala. Pick-up is not available for other areas.
• Additional $20 per person for pickups in Kahala/Ala Moana area.
• The exact time/location will vary depending on the hotel you are staying at, so please check the voucher (PDF file) that will be sent to you by email after your reservation is confirmed.
• Please put on your swimsuit individually before the tour.
• Please bring personal items such as beach towels, sunscreen, hats, and extra clothes.
• To protect the environment, only Non-Nano, Mineral, Reef Safe types of sunscreens can be used.
• You can only shower with water at the simple shower facilities installed on the beach. (Soap, shampoo, etc. cannot be used.)
• The tour will be conducted in a 7-seater vehicle, but may change depending on circumstances on the day.
• The schedule and lunch menu may be changed or cancelled without notice due to local circumstances.
• If there is a difference between the information provided at the time of reservation and the actual progress information, progress cannot be made.
• Prices may vary due to local taxes, entrance fees, etc.
• We recommend that you purchase individual travel insurance.
• Compensation is not available if you do not encounter marine animals in their natural habitat.
• If you have any food allergies, please notify us in advance.
• If you do not encounter marine animals in their natural habitat, no refunds or compensation will be made.
• Closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, 12/25, and 01/01.
• Participation is restricted for those with underlying diseases such as heart disease or back disease.
• If there is a difference between the information provided at the time of reservation and the actual progress information, progress cannot be made.
• Additional people cannot be added locally.
• The schedule may change without notice due to local circumstances.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
