BESTIt was great to be able to move around the sights while listening to the audio guide. However, on the second floor, the wind blows so much that my eyes are sore and my face hurts.

The 1-day pass operates on a 24-hour basis, so if you first used it at 3 PM today, you can continue to use it until 2:59 PM tomorrow! The 2-day and 5-day passes are also valid for 48 and 120 hours, respectively.

Do I need to specify a travel date?
Yes! Please make a reservation for the date you want to take the bus. However, if your schedule changes and you need to change the ticket date, you can change the ticket date within the validity period if you notify us at least 72 hours before the tour (4 days before the WAG business day).

What to Remember
- You will need a printed voucher to receive your bus ticket.
- The date you select when making your reservation must be the first day of your tour, and if you are taking a tour for more than one day, you must use the tickets consecutively.
- Child tickets are available for children aged between 5 and 15. Children under 5 travel free. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Pre-recorded audio guides are available in eight languages (English, Arabic, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian and Chinese). Commentary is available via complimentary earphones provided on board the bus.
- Most buses are wheelchair accessible.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- Premium and Deluxe tickets include round-trip shuttle to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.
- Upon arrival, you can join a guided tour of the mosque in English.
- Tickets must be exchanged with a Big Bus Tours staff member prior to your visit.
- Please note that mosques have strict dress codes.
- The Deluxe Ticket includes a tour of Khalid Al Wan, the presidential palace in Abu Dhabi.
