In the case of Bali Club Med, driver's access is restricted, so pickup will be done from the security area.
Hotels like this will provide you with meeting point information in advance.

10:00 am - 10:30 am
Please make sure to check the exact pickup time as it will be provided via voucher after reservation is complete.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the meeting time.

• The above schedule can be coordinated with the driver. English is available for communication, so if you would like to make adjustments on site, please consult directly.
• Pick-up service may be delayed depending on local Bali traffic conditions.
• If you enter an incorrect address or hotel name, the hotel pick-up service may be automatically canceled.
• Spa usage hours begin upon check-in and usually end about 15 minutes earlier, taking into account the last shower time.
• Pregnant women cannot use this program.
• Even after payment is completed, it may be canceled due to reasons such as number of guests or reservation status. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.  
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
