- We cannot guarantee that you will see the Northern Lights during your tour. The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and cannot be controlled, and refunds are not possible for this reason.
- Children under 13 years of age are not permitted to use the facility.
- Pregnant women are not permitted to use this facility.
- Snowmobile drivers must be at least 18 years old and require an international driving license.
- If you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, you may not participate in the tour.
- It operates in small groups of up to 6 snowmobiles and a guide.
- Even after payment is completed, it may be cancelled due to reasons such as the number of participants or reservation status. The reservation is not confirmed until you receive a reservation confirmation voucher.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
- This product can be reserved for a minimum of 2 adults.
- The tour lasts 2 hours, including snowmobile instruction, and the actual snowmobile riding time takes about 1 hour.
- Depending on the weather and conditions, it may be difficult to observe the Aurora, and the tour schedule and transportation may change.

• Cancellation/refund requests are only accepted during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations accepted outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
