- Sanyo Shinkansen (Shin-Osaka⇔Hakata) reserved seats
'Hello Kitty Shinkansen' is available.
- Limited express trains (HARUKA, KUROSHIO, THUNDERBIRD, KOUNOTORI, YAKUMO, SUPER HAKUTO (including Kamigori⇔Zizu), SUPER INABA, etc.)
*On the limited express 'KUROSHIO', 'KOUNOTORI', 'KINOSAKI', 'HASHIDATE', and 'MAIZURU', all vehicles operate with reserved seats. Be sure to reserve a reserved seat before boarding.

What to Remember
- Infants under 1 year old are free.
- Child tickets are available for children ages 6 to 11.
- Up to 2 infants (1-5 years old) are free for each adult or child pass, and a child rail pass is required for the 3rd child or more.
- This product is an automatic reservation product and can be used on the same day of reservation.
- This product cannot be used by Japanese nationals, long-term residents, or permanent residents. It is only available to short-term tourists.
- If the ticket issuing machine is defective or the IC chip has not been added to your passport, please go to Midori no Madoguchi (みどりの窓口) at the designated station to exchange it.
- The ticket issuing machine supports five languages (Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, and Korean).
- There are no ticket machines at Sakaiminato Station, so exchange your ticket at Midori-no-Madoguchi (みどりの窓口).
- To prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, reserved seat tickets can be exchanged an unlimited number of times. (Reserved seat reservations are required at Midori-no-Madoguchi starting from the 7th)
