What to Remember

- Participants must be at least 3 years old and under 180cm tall.
- Only those weighing less than 105kg can use it.
- Those with abnormalities in the shoulders and neck may be refused the experience. Also, please refrain from the experience if you have any other physical problems.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
- Please make sure to bring your passport or ID card before entering.
- Anyone aged 18 or older is considered an adult.
