A1. Precautions when using options

• When using the train (Chubu International Airport Station → Meitetsu Nagoya Station/Meitetsu Gifu Station), please exchange for a magnet ticket at the Chubu International Airport Station counter or Meitetsu Tourist Center Chubu International Airport reception counter.
• When exchanging tickets at Chubu International Airport Station (Station), select Meitetsu Tourist Information Center When exchanging tickets at Chubu International Airport Station (TIC).
• You cannot get off at intermediate stations.
• If you use a special vehicle, you will need a separate special vehicle ticket (muticket).
• Ticket issuance/exchange location: [Chubu International Airport Station counter] or [Meitetsu Tourist Information Center Chubu International Airport]
• A1. Komatsu Airport → Kanazawa Station West Exit, the Gorimbo option is not available to customers who have purchased the ‘Matsumoto, Magome, Japan Alps Course’. Please board the bus at the Komatsu Airport bus stop (bus stop no. 1) and present the digital ticket usage screen to the local staff when getting off the bus.
• A1. The Toyama Airport → Toyama Station option is not available to customers who purchased the ‘Matsumoto, Magome, Japan Alps Course’. Please board the bus at the Tomiya Airport Terminal bus stop (Platform 1), and present the digital ticket usage screen to the local staff when getting off the bus.

• For the [Meitetsu Line], please use the Meitetsu Nagoya - Meitetsu Gifu route, and for the [Highway Bus], please use the Gifu＝Takayama Line.
• Please use the ticket after exchanging it for a magnet ticket at the central ticket gate of Meitetsu Nagoya Station or the central ticket gate of Meitetsu Gifu Station.
• You cannot get off at intermediate stations.
• If you use a special vehicle, a separate special vehicle ticket (muticket) is required.

• [Express Bus] You must reserve a seat on the bus you wish to ride before boarding the bus. (Not required for some routes).
• Please present your ticket usage screen at the bus terminal reception desk and reserve your seat. We will issue you a seat reservation ticket for the section you are using.
• Seat reservation tickets will be collected when boarding or getting off the bus, so please hand them to the local staff.
• If the bus you wish to board is full, you will not be able to board.
• We do not accept advance reservations by phone or internet.
• Up to one child under the age of 6 can accompany each adult for free. However, if a seat is required, please pay a separate fare to board.
• At bus stops without receptionists, you can board only if there are vacant seats.
• [Route Bus] Please present your ticket usage screen to the driver when boarding or getting off the bus.
• Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including if trains/buses are temporarily suspended or delayed due to local road conditions or weather, or if the bus you are scheduled to board is full.

• When using the train (Meitetsu Nagoya Station/Meitetsu Gifu Station → Chubu International Airport Station), please exchange it for a magnet ticket at the Meitetsu Nagoya Station central ticket counter or Meitetsu Gifu Station central ticket counter.
• You cannot get off at intermediate stations.
• If you use a special vehicle, a separate special vehicle ticket (muticket) is required.

• C. Kanazawa Station West Exit, Korimbo → Komatsu Airport options are   Customers who purchased the ‘Matsumoto, Magome, Japan Alps Course’ cannot use this course. Please board the bus at Kanazawa West Exit (Platform 3) or Gorimbo Bus Stop, and present the digital ticket usage screen to the local staff when getting off the bus.
• C. The Toyama Station → Toyama Airport option is not available to customers who purchased the ‘Matsumoto, Magome, Japan Alps Course’. Please board the bus at Toyama Station (Platform No. 6) and present the digital ticket usage screen to the local staff when getting off the bus.
• As of March 16, 2024, the Kanazawa - Toyama route will be discontinued.

• Only foreigners holding a passport or residence card other than that of Japanese nationality can apply.
• There is no separate rate for children.
• Up to one child under 6 years old can accompany each adult for free. However, if you need a seat, please pay the fare separately before boarding.
• On the day of participation, please present your digital ticket screen to the local staff using a communication-capable terminal such as a smartphone and board the bus.
• You may be asked to present your passport or residence card when boarding a train or bus.
• Reservations can be made for up to 5 people per year who must travel on the same day.
• Tickets cannot be distributed along the way.
• If you need to distribute tickets/schedules are not the same, please make individual reservations.
• When using a bus with a reservation system, advance reservations (on the internet or by phone) are not possible with this bus free ticket.
• Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including if trains/buses are temporarily suspended or delayed due to local road conditions or weather, or if the bus you are scheduled to board is full.
• If you wish to change your bus reservation, please apply at the bus reception desk.
• Even if the ticket is lost/stolen, it cannot be reissued.
• Tickets cannot be transferred to others.
• Other terms of use shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
• Tickets that have expired are invalid.
• Changes or cancellations are not possible after the reservation is completed.
