What to Remember
- Things to bring: swimsuit, towel, sunglasses, sunscreen, spare clothes, hat, personal expenses, etc.
- Please distinguish the 1st and 2 rounds schedules; the things included are different. Please ensure what's included in each round!
- For departure, 1st round: 09:30 AM/ 2nd round: 11:50 AM.
- The tour hours, including transportation, are about 3 - 3 hours 30 minutes.
- The 2nd round tour hours are 30 minutes longer than the 1st round, so you have enough time to enjoy activities and lunch at once.
- Please write accurately about the information on the usage date, your email to receive a voucher, contact number, and pick-up hotel.
- A toddler (0-35 months) is free. You must indicate the number of infants or toddlers, and if the boarding seats are complete, or else you cannot board. Please check the number of infants when you reserve the ticket.
- For pregnant mothers and the elderly, please inform us when making reservations in advance.
- Under U.S. law regulation, children under 12 must accompany a guardian.
- If you feel sick or unwell, please inform the staff immediately during the tour.
- There is no changing room on the cruise, so we recommend wearing a swimsuit or beachwear and a simple top.
- Please be ready 5 minutes early in the hotel lobby before pick-up. The pick-up guide will call out your name, then please present the voucher to get on the vehicle.
- Since we pick up one at a time, it may be challenging to be on time for each hotel. (If the pick-up vehicles do not show up during pick-up hours and are more than 15 minutes late, please call or Kakao Talk (Korean messenger). We will send you the emergency contact information after confirming the voucher).
- Please check your pick-up time from your voucher; in case of an emergency, don't hesitate to contact the local contact numbers on your voucher.
- We do not have a strict restriction on participation age. All kids or any children accompanying the guardians and going under the supervision of the kids can participate in the tours. Nevertheless, please keep an eye on the kids, and pay special attention to the safety of children.
