• The minimum number of participants for a tour to be confirmed is 10 adults when departing from Naha, and 15 adults when departing from Chatan.
• Reservations made after 3 PM are not eligible for pick-up and drop-off services, even if departing from Naha. (First-come, first-served basis)
• When using Naha Pickup & Drop-off, the pick-up and drop-off locations are the same and cannot be changed. (Example: Hotel Collective Pick-up / Hotel Collective Drop-off)
• If you are using a rental car, please come to Naha Departure: Naha Miegusuku Port (parking fee: 500 yen for the whole day), Chatan Departure: Hamakawa Port (facility usage fee: 200 yen for adults, 100 yen for children).
• Infants and pregnant women may be denied boarding depending on sea conditions.
• If you suffer from severe motion sickness, we recommend taking motion sickness medication before participating in the tour.
• If the tour is canceled due to bad weather, etc., we will contact you in advance and provide a refund.
• Tour times may change or the tour may be suspended/cancelled depending on weather or sea conditions.
• The total tour time may vary depending on the time it takes to spot whales.
• If you don't see any whales on the same day, we will respond in one of the following ways:
• Full refund (from February 1, 2025 to March 15, 2025, except December 21, 2024 to January 31, 2025 and March 16 to April 6) or re-boarding (until April 6, 2025)
• Refunds or reboarding are not possible if any of the following applies: 1) If a whale's spout is seen from a distance 2) If multiple guests see the whale
• Also, please understand in advance that if 1) and 2) are not available due to the guest's schedule, we will have to give up.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Tour changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• Naha hotel pick-up is limited to those staying at hotels in Naha City and is on a first-come, first-served basis. For the morning course, the pick-up time will be provided on the evening of the previous day, and for the afternoon course, the pick-up time will be provided on the morning of the same day.
• Depending on the hotel, it may take some time to pick you up early and then go to another hotel. We recommend that customers using a rental car go directly to the port.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to your camera or smartphone.
• The time specified when making a reservation is the departure time, and the meeting time is 30 minutes before the specified departure time . Please be punctual for the meeting time.

20% from 10 days to 8 days before the tour date
30% from 7 days to 2 days before the tour date
50% cancellation fee applies 1 day before the tour date, and 100% cancellation fee applies on the day of the tour.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be requested during business hours and then confirmed.
