User Guide
Beijing Forbidden City entrance tickets are divided into morning and afternoon tickets. Morning tickets allow entry between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., and afternoon tickets allow entry between 11:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Please be sure to arrive on time, as you will not be allowed to enter after the designated entrance time.

How To Use
- Please enter your WeChat ID in the Messenger ID field when making a reservation.
- A reservation confirmation voucher will be sent via WeChat two days before the date of use.
- Please use your mobile voucher.
- You can enter by presenting your mobile voucher along with your passport at the entrance to the Omun Gate of the Forbidden City.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellation requests received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
