• This tour is an overseas tour product that takes place overseas, so all responsibility lies with the local tour company, and local insurance standards apply.
• Personal travel insurance is required. Be sure to sign up for separate personal travel insurance before traveling to Korea.

• We are not responsible for personal actions that do not follow the precautions or guide's instructions, or for accidents that occur due to personal carelessness.

If you hide your health condition and proceed with the tour, you, the tour party, are responsible for any accidents or problems that occur, and the company and tour staff are not responsible.
• If you have been drinking, you cannot proceed with the tour. If you have been drinking, you must tell us through KakaoTalk consultation or a guide before starting the tour. Additional information on join tour

• Join-in tours are available when there are at least 4 people.
• If you make a reservation for less than 4 people, your reservation will be placed on a waiting list, and will be confirmed if you have 4 or more guests.
• If more than 4 people are not invited, the tour will be canceled 3 days before the designated date. Please understand.
• Please understand that if 4 or more people cancel their reservation after the reservation has been confirmed, the reservation may be put on hold or cancelled.
• When booking a join tour for 2 or less people, a meeting will be held at the local airport at 2 am, so you must arrive there within that time to participate in the tour. (You cannot participate in the tour if you board a flight arriving after the meeting time.)
• Due to the nature of the join-in tour, sudden cancellation may cause inconvenience to other confirmed guests, so please make your reservation carefully.
• For the join-in tour, you ride in a vehicle with other bookers. Inconveniences may arise while riding with other people. If you are sensitive to this, we recommend a solo tour.
• It is difficult to provide assistance if you are unable to share photos and videos taken during the join-in tour. If you would like to share photos with other customers on the day of the tour, please register your contact information directly.

Pick-up usage information

• Pick-up and drop-off is only available at resorts, hotels, and spa shops in the Mactan and Cebu City areas.
• Even in areas where pick-up is possible, pick-up and drop-off may not be possible for some accommodations such as some hotels, Airbnb, and guesthouses. In this case, please understand that pick-up and drop-off will take place at an adjacent hotel.
• For pick-up and drop-off from more than one hotel, additional charges apply for each additional location. (An additional 300 pesos is added per location, and the additional fee may vary.)
• If you want to take the tour right after arriving at the airport, pickup will be from the airport. For condo areas in Mactan Newtown, pickup will be in front of McDonald's in Newtown.

• The vehicle will inevitably depart 10 minutes after the pickup time announced through KakaoTalk. If you are late, you will be treated as a no-show, so please come to the pick-up location 10 minutes before the pick-up time.

Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
