Introducing Phuket Dolphins Bay, a special encounter with smart and playful dolphins. It is one of the shows that children really enjoy, and the wonderful performances performed by cute dolphins are very impressive to visitors of all ages. After the show with the dolphins Amy, Maya, Alice, and Casper, you will have time to take commemorative photos.

The Phuket Dolphins Bay Show is completed with a richer and more interesting show with 5 dolphins and 2 seals participating. Capture images of animals that can do anything from pole vaulting to juggling to painting! Among the seats arranged in a circle around the main stage of the show, raincoats are provided in the VVIP and VIP areas to avoid being splashed by dolphins. You can watch a more vivid and exciting show.

What to Remember
- Thai nationals cannot use this service.
- We recommend arriving 20 minutes early to exchange your physical ticket.
- For same-day reservations, please purchase at least 3 hours before the show. If you make a reservation after that, you may not be able to enter.
- Please follow the staff's instructions and be careful on wet floors.
- Children under 4 years old and under 90cm tall can enter for free. (Seats are not provided)
- If you are between 4 and 11 years old and between 91 and 130 cm tall, you are considered a child.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.
Cancellation and Refund
Changes and refunds are not possible from 1 day before the date of use until the day of use.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
