What to Remember
- Please present your mobile voucher at the Big Bus & Duck Tour counter near the Centec Convention Center.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
- When participating in the night tour, exchange your ticket at the Suntec BIG BUS & DUCK counter at least 30 minutes before departure.
- Children's tickets are available for children aged 3 to 12 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 2 years old can travel for free.
- Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stored on the lower deck.
- Changes and refunds are not possible for unused tickets.
- No food or drinks are allowed on the bus except regular drinking water.
- Audio guides are available in English, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, German, Italian, Indonesian, Vietnamese, French, and children's channels. Complimentary earphones are available.
- Some products require additional reservations after reservation, so customers should check their email for instructions.
