As the name 101 Tower suggests, it has a total of 101 floors, and the observatory is divided into an indoor observatory on the 88th and 89th floors, and an outdoor observatory on the 91st floor.
The 89th floor is an indoor observatory where you can see the panoramic view of Taipei through a glass wall, and the 91st floor is an outdoor observatory where you can see a panoramic view of Taipei without a glass wall. However, entry to the 91st floor observatory may be restricted depending on the weather, so check on site before going up.

What to Remember
- You can exchange both the observatory and Ferris wheel admission tickets with the QR code written on the voucher.
- This combo is valid for 14 days, so it must be used within 14 days (including the first day of use) from the date it was originally issued. For example, if your first product is activated on June 1, 2024, your period of use will be until June 14, 2024.
- Go to the 5th floor of Taipei 101. Scan the QR code on your voucher and use the Viveke Fun Card self-service ticket machine to print your ticket. To see photos, click here .
- Children under 115cm do not need an admission ticket. Children under 4th grade of elementary school must be accompanied by an adult.
- Smoking, chewing gum, and empty stomachs are prohibited on the premises.
- The 91st floor is only open on certain days of the week. (if weather permits)
- Tickets not used or exchanged within the validity period cannot be refunded or changed. However, you can exchange your ticket at the observatory ticket office.
- Pets, food, and dangerous goods are not permitted.
Cancellation and Refund
However, refunds are not possible after the expiration date.
