• Valid only on the specified date and time.
• If the minimum number of participants is not 10, the tour may be cancelled. In that case, we will contact you in advance.
• There will be no signs or anything at the gathering place on the day, so please gather near the bus stop.
• The bus is white with three blue stripes and has CERULEAN BLUE written on the body.
• Please understand that seats may be shared.
• From October 2, 2020, Manzamo will require a separate admission fee of ￥100.
• The order of each facility may change depending on road conditions on the day.
• Lunch is not included, so please use it during your free time at Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium (approximately 150 minutes).
• Depending on traffic conditions, the time may vary slightly.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the bus.
• Customers who are taking a flight after the tour must arrive 2 hours before their flight departure time.
• Please understand in advance that we are not responsible for any missed events due to traffic congestion or other reasons.
• Customers who plan to shop at T Galleria can disembark at T Galleria on their way home.
• The tour may be canceled due to bad weather. If the tour is canceled, refunds will be made via bank deposit. Please note that the customer is responsible for the transfer fee at that time.
• Please understand in advance that the difference in fare will not be refunded even if there are facilities that cannot be visited on the day due to bad weather or other reasons.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
