- Please arrive at the dock at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
- Once a reservation is confirmed, it cannot be modified or refunded, and there are no refunds for unused or no-shows.
- If a typhoon warning of level 3 or higher is issued and a red/black heavy rain warning is issued, the tour will be canceled and the reservation schedule will be changed or refunded depending on the situation. Please refer to the official website or official Facebook for updates.
- No-show tickets are non-refundable as long as the tour is operating normally. Changes to the schedule are subject to availability.
- Infants (3 years old and under) can ride for free, but must reserve a ticket.
- When there is a commercial advertisement on the sail, it will be displayed on the red sail exterior.
