The Hakone Free Pass purchased from WAUG can be exchanged at both Odakyu Line Shinjuku Station and Odakyu Line Odawara Station .

What to Remember
- This product is an automatic reservation product and can be used on the same day of reservation.
- Vouchers can be exchanged at the ticket exchange office within the exchange hours. Business hours may vary depending on local circumstances. Please check before use. Official website
- Voucher exchange at Odakyu Sightseeing Center Hakone-Yumoto is not possible.
- If you board outside of the designated section or exceed the section limit, an additional fare will be charged.
- The Odakyu Line section (Odakyu Line departure station - Odawara Station) is limited to one round trip. (However, there is no restriction on getting off in the middle.)
- You can get on and off unlimitedly within the designated area.
- You cannot board regular tourist buses.
- Special Romancecar must be purchased separately.
- For the Odakyu Hakone Highway Bus, priority is given to those who have purchased a reserved seat ticket, and you cannot board if the bus is full.
- Operations may be suspended due to bad weather. If you are unable to use the transportation due to the suspension, we will provide a refund at the end of your trip. However, this only applies if you have never used the transportation.
- The Hakone Free Pass will be collected at the end station of your trip. It cannot be used on the Izu Hakone Bus.
- If you have a Hakone Free Pass departing from Shinjuku, you can use the Odakyu Hakone Highway Bus between Shinjuku and Tomei Gotemba for 1,000 yen (regular price is 1,610 yen for an adult one-way trip).
- The Hakone Free Pass ticket will be collected at the end station of your trip.
Cancellation and Refund
- No cancellation after ticket exchange
- Changes to reserved tickets are not allowed, so please cancel and rebook.
- Local ticket exchange offices do not handle cancellations. Please contact Wag Customer Center.
