• Vehicle pick-up time will be in accordance with the massage reservation time. The exact vehicle pickup time will be informed through consultation after reservation.
• We are not responsible for any disadvantages arising from incorrectly entered information (name/contact information/date of use/time of use/pick-up location/e-mail address, etc.) or theft or loss.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• If you are of a different gender and would like to use a different room, please be sure to request it in advance.
• Refunds are not possible for no-shows due to natural disasters or personal circumstances.
• We do not provide separate travel insurance.
• If you wish to add 30 minutes, individual prices will be provided on site.
• Massage options, excluding growth massage, are only available to ages 12 and older.
• Growth massage is only available to children aged 4-11 .
• Children under 3 years old can enjoy free oil massage.
• Be sure to check the information sent via KakaoTalk 1 day before the use date.
• Even if you are unable to receive the full massage time due to a sudden time change on the day, it is difficult to receive a refund. (Previous reservations given priority)
• If you want to change the massage time, you must contact us in advance. If you cannot change the time due to reservations made by other customers on the same day, or if the massage time cannot be completed due to overlapping times, it is difficult to receive a refund.
