‘Hoi An Cooking Class’ is a class where you can make local Vietnamese food using ingredients that are hard to find outside of Vietnam. At the local market, you can choose your own ingredients by trading with vendors, or you can also take a basket boat ride along the Thu Bon River to visit Coconut Village.
Of course, since the class is led by a professional chef, you don't have to worry about failing at cooking. The experience of making dishes such as banh xeo and cha zo that you have only tasted at restaurants with your own hands will be another special memory in Hoi An.

Let me introduce you to a cooking class where you can become a Vietnamese local for a moment and try your own hands, from purchasing ingredients at the Vietnamese market to cooking your own food.
The schedule consists of learning simple Vietnamese, purchasing fresh ingredients at a traditional market, experiencing a basket boat at Coconut Village, and then taking a full-scale cooking class.
Professional chefs will teach you step-by-step how to cook local specialties, so even beginners can easily participate.

Explore Coconut Village by basket boat
After choosing your own ingredients at the local market, you can go to the Eco Village and enjoy a variety of experiences by taking a basket boat along the coconut village.
You can catch small crabs according to the village's long-standing traditional fishing method and watch a basket boat swing show that rotates so dangerously that it threatens to tip over onto the water.
A menu of your choice
In the cooking class held at Coconut Village, you can choose from 5 different menus, including papaya salad with shrimp and chicken, chazo, banh xeo, and chicken curry. Even the same Vietnamese food tastes different depending on the ingredients and cooking method! If you can cook food that suits your taste, the cooking class will be more satisfying, including the meal itself.
Also, rice is an essential part of a Korean meal! Rice and green salad are provided free of charge, so whet your appetite with a green salad before your meal and enjoy the dish with rice.

What to Remember
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- Reservations are possible for a minimum of 2 people.
- Cooking classes are conducted in small groups of up to 10 people.
- It is difficult for those under 1 year old and over 70 years old to participate.
- If you have hearing problems or are shorter than 90cm, you will not be able to participate.
- Children under 2 years old can use it for free. However, you must be accompanied by an adult.
- Refunds and changes are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- For pick-up/drop-off, additional costs may apply depending on the region where your hotel is located.
