What to Remember
- Usage time may be delayed depending on weather conditions, and since customer safety is our top priority, a full refund will be issued if it is determined that use is not possible.
- The recommended number of people using the pick-up & drop-off service is 4 people, and up to 7 people can use it if there is no additional luggage. (If you need a car seat when traveling with an infant, you can use it upon request. However, this is not possible if the number is not in stock on a first-come, first-served basis.)
- Additional charges may apply for long distance areas excluding southern Bali (Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, Jimbaran, Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, etc.).
- If you only apply for paragliding, you must travel individually. (After confirmation of reservation, detailed directions and contact information will be provided on the confirmation voucher)
- Korean staff and Korean-speaking staff provide guidance and assistance throughout the event.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- If you wish to use the pick-up & send-off service, be sure to select the option before purchasing.
- Please indicate the pickup time approximately 1 hour prior to the paragliding time.
Cancellation and Refund
* If canceled 20 days or more before the start of the trip (29~20): refund after 30% deduction
* If canceled 4 days before the start of the trip (19~4): Refund after 60% deduction
* When canceled 3 days before the start of the trip: Cancellation and refund are not possible.
* Cancellation & change submission time is based on normal working days & working hours (Monday ~ Friday & 09:00 ~ 18:00). (Excluding legal holidays in Korea & Indonesia)
