How To Use
- Use mobile voucher
- You must present the QR code on your voucher at the ticket exchange counter and exchange it for a physical ticket (2 tickets)
- Two tickets are provided for a round-trip ticket (1 ticket from Taoyuan Airport ▶ Taipei Main Station / 1 ticket from Taipei Main Station ▶ Taoyuan Airport)
- Please use the Taoyuan Airport ▶ Taipei Main Station ticket on the day of exchange. (Must be used on the same day)
- The remaining tickets (Taipei Main Station ▶ Taoyuan Airport) are valid for 6 months from the date of physical ticket exchange.
- Example: After exchanging for a physical ticket on October 1, 2022, [Taoyuan Airport ▶ Taipei Main Station] can be used on October 1, 2022, and [Taipei Main Station ▶ Taoyuan Airport] can be used before March 31, 2023.
- Taipei Main Station ▶ Before using the Taoyuan Airport ticket, please make sure to get the stamp at the Taipei Main Station ticket exchange counter.

What to Remember
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- Changes and refunds are not possible for unused tickets within the validity period.
- Please be sure to use one one-way ticket (Taoyuan Airport ▶ Taipei Main Station) on the day of exchange.
- Tickets for the return flight (Taipei Main Station ▶ Taoyuan Airport) can be boarded after getting stamped at the counter.
- Each ticket can only be used once.
- If you lose your ticket, it cannot be reissued. Please be sure to store it carefully.
- This ticket only provides non-reserved seats. (Advance seat reservation not possible)
- Both round-trip tickets must be used within one year from the date of purchase.
- The return ticket is valid for 6 months.
- Children under 2 years old can ride for free.
- Children aged 3 - 11 can board after purchasing a discount ticket at the on-site counter.
- Each passenger is allowed to carry 2 pieces of luggage. If you carry more than 2 pieces of baggage, an additional fee will be charged for each excess piece of baggage. (on-site payment)
- Baggage size restrictions: The total length, width and height must not exceed 180cm.
- The route between Taoyuan International Airport and Taipei Station takes approximately 55 minutes.
- The interval between trains is 1 train every 5 to 20 minutes. (However, between 00:00 AM and 05:00 AM, one bus runs every 60 minutes.)
- 11:30 AM - 18:00 PM (departures every 30 minutes)
- Boarding location: Outside 3 East Gates of Taipei Train Station
- Please be sure to use Gukkwang Bus 1819 ticket on the same day you use it. (You can board with a used ticket.)
