• After making a reservation, you will receive an e-ticket and exchange it for a performance ticket upon check-in.
• You can present your mobile voucher at the ticket office and receive a physical ticket.
• If your desired date is fully booked, it may be cancelled. In this case, a refund is possible.
• Performance schedule may change without prior notice.
• Child rates apply to children ages 5 to 11, and adult rates apply to ages 12 and older.
• Children under 5 years of age are not permitted to enter the venue.
• Please arrive 30 minutes before the performance starts.
• Date changes and refunds are not possible due to tardiness or no-show.
• Cameras, video recording, and use of cell phones are prohibited.
• Food and drinks can be purchased inside the theater.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~17:00 / Saturday 10:00~16:00 / Sundays and public holidays excluded). If cancellation is received outside of business hours, the request will be processed on the next business day ( (based on business hours) will be processed as received.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
