• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation time to check your ticket.
• We recommend that you book a bus for a time slot that allows at least 2 hours of extra time from your scheduled flight departure or arrival time.
• Children under 4 years of age do not need a ticket. Please use a seat with a two-way seat belt or sit on a guardian's lap.
• If you miss the shuttle bus for your selected time slot, you can catch the next bus (if there are empty seats).
• Smoking or eating is not allowed on the bus.
• Hotel pick-up and drop-off are not available.
• Wheelchair access is not available.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.

Round-trip shuttle bus information

• Round-trip shuttle bus tickets may be available seasonally and will be discontinued from November 28, 2024 until further notice.
• Currently only one-way tickets are available for purchase.
• For round trip tickets, the time you select when booking is based on the shuttle bus ride from Fiumicino Airport to Vatican City.
  For shuttle bus return from Vatican to Fiumicino Airport, please refer to the timetable on your voucher.
  The shuttle bus ticket from Vatican to Fiumicino Airport is an open ticket, so you can board on any date or time you want.
• When booking a round-trip ticket, you can use one voucher twice. Please use it directly at the bus stop.
• A round-trip ticket cannot be used twice in the same direction and can only be used in the following order: Airport → Vatican, Vatican → Airport.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
