- After your reservation is confirmed, a reservation confirmation email will be sent to your email address from the company. Please make sure to upload photos of your luggage and accommodation confirmation using the [Upload Photos] button.
- If your baggage is found to be in violation of regulations, you may not be able to use the delivery service even after your reservation is confirmed.
- Please carefully check your baggage upon receipt to make sure there are no abnormalities. If you find any abnormalities, please take a photo and contact the Airporter Customer Center. We are not responsible for any damages after checking your baggage.
- When picking up your baggage, please present the transaction number listed on your airport email.
- The service is not available in accommodations where there is no staff at the front desk, such as B&Bs, Airbnbs, and unmanned hotels.
- If you are sending your luggage from the hotel to the airport or Tokyo Station, you must leave your luggage at the hotel counter by 9:00 AM so that you can pick it up at the airport or Tokyo Station after 4:00 PM on the same day .
Cancellation and Refund
100% cancellation fee for cancellations made 1 day before the reservation date to the day of the reservation date.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
