Meet the driver at the terminal departure hall of the designated airport or designated location.
Meeting time:
Airport meeting: Meet with the driver according to the airport arrival time indicated at the time of reservation (the driver will be waiting for approximately 1 hour based on the arrival time. Additional waiting time will be charged additionally.)
Airport drop-off: Meet with the driver at the meeting time at the location specified at the time of reservation (additional charges may apply if the driver waits for more than 10 minutes. If 10 minutes pass without contact, the driver will leave and the service fee will not be refunded. )

Cancellation and Refund
- If notified by the day of travel (4~1 day): Cancellation/refund is not possible.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
