• This product is accompanied by a driver who can speak English and Japanese. Be sure to select this when making a reservation.
• If you have difficulty communicating during the tour, please tell the driver “Call Center” and you will be connected to a staff member who can speak Korean.
• It is not possible to provide confirmation information in advance for all drivers, and you will be informed of the final status sequentially when your reservation is completed.
• Car seats and strollers can be rented free of charge upon prior request. (Limited quantity)
• The taxi driver cannot act as a guide according to Taiwan Tourism Law, so he will not provide any further explanation.
• If you join with other people, you must coordinate with each other to have one pick-up and drop-off location.
• Pick-up and drop-off locations are not hotels, but guesthouses, guesthouses, or even in front of subway stations.

• There is no additional charge when getting on and off within Taipei city, but if you wish to pick up/drop off in an area other than downtown Taipei, an additional charge will apply depending on the distance.
• Car insurance only applies to accidents within the car.
• All course costs are per vehicle.

Information regarding additional costs

• If the estimated tour time is exceeded, an additional charge of 350 NTD per hour will be charged for taxis and 500 NTD per hour for vans.
• If you have luggage, you must reserve a van for up to 5 people. If you do not have luggage, you can use a taxi for up to 6 people. However, an additional cost of 500 NTD per person is incurred.
• Vehicle congestion may occur depending on tourist attractions and road traffic conditions on the day of the tour, and if the tour time is exceeded due to this, an additional fee must be paid to the driver.

Information on additional costs related to boarding/disembarking locations (northern region courses only)

• Tamsui, Jiufen, Ruifang, Yangmingshan (The Top, Chushan, etc.) 500 NTD charged
• Yangmingshan Tianlai, Taoyuan City, Wulai, Linkou, Yehliu 1000 NTD charged
• In case of Xinbeitou, etc., 300NTD is charged.
• For Park City Luzhou Hotel, 300 NTD will be charged.
• For Taiwan City Zoo, 300 NTD is charged.
• For Songsan Airport pick-up, 300 NTD will be charged.
• Other New Taipei City areas will be charged 500 NTD
• For banchao, 200 NTD is charged.
• 1700 NTD is charged each when boarding and disembarking in Jiaoxi, Iran.

• Wolsegae: Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year / Geological Interpretation Center 10:00 a.m. - 17:00 p.m.
• Kaohsiung Fo Guangshan Memorial Hall: Closed on Tuesdays / 08:00 AM - 17:00 PM
• Cijin: Closes around 21:00 PM
• Chihou Active Dissolution: 11:30 am - 21:30 pm
• Boel: Monday-Thursday / 10:00 AM - 18:00 PM, Friday-Sunday / 10:00 AM - 21:00 PM

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
