• It can be used within 2 months from the date of issue, and cannot be used or refunded after the expiration date.
• Please cooperate with hygiene measures for everyone's safety.
• You must cooperate with the staff to measure your temperature using an infrared thermometer. (If your temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees Celsius or you show symptoms of respiratory infection, we will help you change the date of your ticket.)
• Use hand sanitizer to disinfect your hands and then walk on the disinfected carpet.
• Please continue to wear your mask inside the venue to protect your personal health.
• Guests must enter together, with a maximum of 8 people at a time.
• If you do not follow the above, you will not be allowed entry.

• The interior and exterior of the performance venue are cleaned and disinfected at least once every hour.

• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.
