- A copy of your passport is not accepted.
- Ticket machines support Japanese, Korean, English, and Chinese.
- Please make sure to bring a valid passport as there is a passport verification procedure when issuing tickets at the ticket machine.
- You can use the issued ticket by inserting it into the automatic ticket gate. (Please note that you do not need to present the ticket to the station staff.)
- Please double check your departure point and direction of travel. If you enter or select the opposite, you will not be able to use the opposite direction or change your departure point.
- If the train for your desired time slot is full, please use a non-reserved seat ticket or wait for the next train. In this case, if you use a non-reserved seat ticket, the difference between the non-reserved seat and the reserved seat fare cannot be refunded.
- You can only get on and off once for the section you purchased, and you cannot get off at other stations within the section. (You cannot get off in the middle of the route either.)
- Please be especially careful as tickets cannot be reissued if lost (including stolen).
