• Your reservation is not confirmed until a reservation confirmation voucher is sent.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Spa and massage services end approximately 15 minutes early to allow for showering.
• The time you select when making a reservation is the time for the massage. Please keep this in mind.

• Reservations may be canceled without prior notice due to local circumstances. Please understand this.

When canceled 15 days or more before the tour start date: 100% refund of the total amount booked
If canceled 14 to 9 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
If canceled 8 to 5 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
If canceled 0 to 4 days prior to the tour start date or on the same day: Full refund is not possible.
