Check the meeting time by looking at the flight number. (Be sure to enter the correct flight number)
Please refer to your voucher for the exact meeting time.

• There are many hotels with the same name, so please enter the exact hotel address.
• Please enter the correct flight number.
• When using the pick-up service, your guide will be waiting for you, so please come out of the arrival hall as soon as you enter the country.
• You can use it after meeting with the driver holding a sign board with “your name in English” written on it at the pick-up point.
• It is a 6-seater vehicle, but we recommend a maximum of 3 to 4 passengers depending on luggage.
• The above number of passengers is the maximum number indicated for convenience. If you have a lot of luggage, you may need to flexibly use additional vehicles.
• If the company's vehicle is late, please contact the company's phone number listed on the voucher or KakaoTalk and we will help you confirm.
• When entering Bali Airport, the customs declaration will be converted to an electronic declaration and can be completed online up to 3 days prior to entry.
• It will take a lot of time to fill it out upon arrival, so please enter the electronic customs declaration in advance before entering Bali. Note

When canceled 15 days or more before the tour start date: 100% refund of the total amount booked
If canceled 14 to 9 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
If canceled 8 to 5 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
If canceled 0 to 4 days prior to the tour start date or on the same day: Full refund is not possible.
