BESTIt was really really good haha It took about an hour from Ulaanbaatar to get to Terelj and the Mongolian steppe was really fantastic! The guide was so gentle and kind so you can use it without worry~ And the statue entrance fee and horseback riding experience fee are paid on site ㅠ

About Terelj National Park
Terelj National Park is one of the must-visit courses for travelers to Mongolia, and is located about 70km from the capital, Ulaanbaatar. Terelj National Park is one of the most popular tourist destinations because it is the closest place to see Mongolia's natural beauty and scenery from Ulaanbaatar. It is a travel destination where you can see various attractive aspects of Mongolia all together, such as the vast grassland landscape of Mongolia, mountains harmonized with rocks and forests, nomadic people's livestock that can be seen in the grasslands, and Mongolian traditional gers.
Milky Way Meets Ger
Mongolia has changed from a traditional nomadic society to a society where people live in fixed houses, mainly in large cities. However, most of the residents living in the grasslands outside the capital Ulaanbaatar still live in gers. A ger is a portable tent house in the shape of a round tent made by covering a wall made of wood with felt made of wool and white cloth. Modern apartments began to be built after the 1960s, but the rate of Mongolians living in apartments is still around 60%, and the remaining 40% live in gers. You can experience the ger directly.
You can also see the beautiful Milky Way at night. Mongolia is famous as one of the world's top 3 constellations observation sites, and you can observe systematic constellations through constellation observation programs.
