What to Remember
- The above rates are per person, and a minimum of 2 people can apply.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- If it is difficult to meet the driver and you take a taxi without requesting assistance in advance, no refund is possible.
- Parking fees and toll fees must be paid directly in rupees.
- Basically, pick-up is carried out under your name at a designated location such as the hotel lobby.
- You are responsible for theft/loss of your personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost items.
- Due to poor road conditions in Bali, the pick-up vehicle may be delayed from the scheduled time.
- If the pick-up/drop-off location is different, please check with the driver directly.
- For 1-4 people: 6-seater Toyota Avanza (recommended 3 people with luggage)
- For 5-8 people: 12-seater minibus (up to 8 suitcases can be stored)
- For customers with infants, free car seat rental upon request (depending on local circumstances, payment may not be provided).
- For 1-5 people, a 6-seater vehicle will be used, and for groups of 6 or more, an 11-seat vehicle will be used. However, if 4 or 5 people have a lot of luggage, be sure to upgrade the vehicle.
Cancellation and Refund
If canceled 14 to 9 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
If canceled 8 to 5 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
If canceled 0 to 4 days prior to the tour start date or on the same day: Full refund is not possible.
