- Please bring a swimsuit. Guests must wear a swimsuit while inside the spa and long hair must be tied up.
- Shoes may only be worn in the locker room.
- Hamam Spa facilities, excluding changing rooms, are shared between men and women.
- Please be quiet indoors.
- When using the spa, it is recommended to drink tea or water frequently to replenish moisture.
- If you have a blood pressure related condition, it is difficult to use the spa.
- Staying in a hot spring or steam room for more than 10 minutes may cause symptoms of low blood pressure. For your health, please use it for less than 10 minutes at a time.
- Please arrive earlier than your reservation time. Extensions and refunds are not possible for unused reserved time.
- Please adhere to the usage end time.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
