What to Remember
- Ticketing is required upon arrival 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to departure time.
- All passengers must submit a boarding declaration form (name, date of birth, gender) and adults must bring their ID. (Minors can use their guardian's ID instead if accompanied by a guardian.)
- If you do not have your ID, you can use a photo of your ID on your mobile phone or a copy of your resident registration issued by a civil service issuance machine.
- The flight schedule may be cancelled due to reasons such as cancellation, insufficient number of passengers, or bad weather.
- Night flight departure times may vary depending on the season.
- Free parking is available for 300 cars.
- Outside food is not allowed on the cruise.
- The Minam Cruise is adjusting the 4th floor control line according to the number of passengers. Please follow the safety personnel's instructions before the fireworks start.
- For safety reasons, you cannot move after the fireworks start. Customers who wish to watch the fireworks must follow the safety personnel's instructions and go to the 4th floor before the fireworks start.
- Please be careful not to stick your head out from the side of the 2nd or 3rd floor while the fireworks are in progress, as there is a risk of injury when the remains of the fireworks fall.
- During the fireworks, the remains of the fireworks may occasionally fall to the 4th floor. If this happens, please shout for help from the safety personnel. Safety personnel are always on standby with water, towels, and portable fire extinguishers while the fireworks are in progress.
- For the safety of our customers, control lines have been installed throughout the Minam Cruise. Please do not cross these lines.
- When watching fireworks, loud noises may startle young children and pets. Guardians should be especially careful.
