• All option prices are per person. For 2-person products, please purchase for 2 or more people.
• You can use it by printing the voucher sent by email or presenting a screenshot of the mobile voucher.
• Please bring a swimsuit or comfortable clothing and a towel.
• The tour may be canceled depending on local weather conditions.
• Please refrain from using if you have a history of ear disease, lung, bronchial, sinusitis, heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, phobia, dizziness, or paralysis.
• Pregnant women, the elderly, those currently taking medication for an illness, those who have recently had surgery, or those with other health problems should not use the service.
• No refund is possible if the reservation is canceled for the above reasons.
• Not open on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Tour changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.

Jet ski usage information:

• Children over 5 years old can ride for two people, but must be accompanied by an adult.
• Anyone over 16 years old can drive - no driver's license required.
• Usage time: Approximately 30 minutes on a designated course

Parasailing usage information:

• Adult: over 5 years old / Child: under 5 years old
• 2 to 3 people on board
• Adult companion required
• Not available for those weighing less than 30kg
• 600FT recommended, 800FT may not proceed if there are no applicants.
• Usage time: Approximately 8 to 10 minutes based on 600FT

Instructions for using the underwater scooter:

• Height 4FT (122CM) or more
• There is no height limit for riders
• Same price even if you don’t snorkel
• Adult companion required
• Rider (3 years old and older): No underwater scootering, only snorkeling is possible.
• Rider (0~2 years old): No underwater scooter use, only snorkeling is possible.

- If notified 7 days prior to travel date: 100% full refund of travel fee
- If notified within 7 days of travel date: Cancellation/refund not possible
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
