• Pick-up may not be available depending on hotel location. In this case, please move individually.
• Those under 10 years old / over 60 years old can only participate in private.
• You cannot use it in the following cases: (Children under 7 years of age, over 65 years of age, pregnant women, patients with back or heart disease, weight over 100kg, and those with a severe fear of water)
• It is difficult for people with heart disease, the disabled, or underlying conditions to use it.
• If you do not take a lesson and only accompany the child, an additional $30 will be charged to secure a seat in the vehicle. Rides and drinks are available. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian.
• To avoid risk of theft, please leave valuables and expensive electronics at your accommodation.
• Please make sure to wear a swimsuit before use.
• Rash guards and aqua shoes can be rented if you do not have them.
• What to bring: sunscreen, beach towel, tips (optional)
• Surfing is permitted for children over 8 years of age.
• If you cannot swim, you must go privately.
• The maximum number of small groups is 3 people.
• Please note that when proceeding in small groups, you may be able to join with other groups.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Please make a reservation at least 5 days in advance.
• Depending on local circumstances, underwater lessons may sometimes be conducted by a local instructor.

- If notified within 7 days of travel date: Cancellation/refund not possible
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
