A place that is more interesting because it is not obvious,
Spada Palace Painting Hall
The Spada Palace, located in the center of Rome, is fun to look at with its unique exterior architecture, and has a painting gallery inside that collects gorgeous works of art. The collection here was originally assembled by Cardinal Bernardino Spada in the 17th century, and was further collected by his nephews, Cardinals Fabrizio Spada (1643-1717) and Virginio Spada (1596-1662). You can even see it.
It is also fun to see the Giardino Segretto (Secret Garden), an attractive point of the Spada Palace, designed by architect Francesco Borromini for Cardinal Bernardino Spada in 1653.
